Wealth & Ownership is Gentlemen’s Factory’s financial education cohort for Black men — an 8-week program focused on ownership, not just income, through hands-on financial wellness workshops.
The goal is not simply to make money.
Men who want to move from earning an income to building assets — whether you’re just establishing financial habits or ready to explore investing, homeownership or business ownership.

Most financial advice is either too generic to act on or assumes a starting point of wealth you don’t have — and few men were ever taught how to build a relationship with money that lasts.

How the Wealth & Ownership cohort is structured.
Every cohort begins with a question: what are you trying to change? From there, participants establish a baseline, define a goal and work through the behaviors, decisions and systems required to move forward.
