Gentlemen's Factory cohorts are personal development programs for men built around one focused objective at a time. Every man reaches moments when the strategies that got him here are no longer enough to get him where he wants to go. Sometimes it's a career transition. Sometimes it's money, a relationship, fatherhood, business or health. These professional development cohorts and men's development programs give you a structured environment to work through those moments alongside 19 other men.
Advice is everywhere. Structure is harder to find.
Most people already know more than they consistently act on. Another podcast episode will not necessarily change your life. Another book may give you ideas. But meaningful development usually requires something more: a clear goal, a process, accountability, feedback, expertise, other people, time to reflect, and an environment that expects action.
That is what the cohort model is designed to provide.
The Human Development Model
We develop the whole man.
A man may be thriving professionally while struggling personally. He may be financially successful while physically exhausted. He may be an exceptional leader at work while feeling disconnected from his family. Gentlemen's Factory organizes its work around six interconnected areas.
01
Career
Build work that moves your life forward — understanding your skills, navigating transitions, negotiating compensation and preparing for the future of work.
02
Wealth
Move from income to ownership — stronger financial habits, investing, entrepreneurship and long-term economic strategy.
03
Health
Protect the person responsible for everything else — physical wellness, mental health, stress and resilience. The goal is sustainability.
04
Relationships
Fatherhood, marriage, divorce, friendship, family, communication and boundaries — becoming a better partner, father and friend.
05
Leadership
How you communicate, make decisions, respond under pressure and behave when nobody is watching.
06
Technology
Understanding AI and emerging technology productively — building inside the future, not watching it happen.
What A Cohort Feels Like
This is where the work happens.
Every cohort begins with a question: what are you trying to change? From there, participants establish a starting point, define a goal and begin working through the behaviors, decisions and systems required to move forward.
Some weeks introduce new ideas. Some challenge old ones. Some conversations are tactical. Others are deeply personal. But every week should move you closer to action.
The Experience
A dedicated facilitator responsible for guiding the group
Subject matter experts who bring specialized knowledge into the room
Conversations with other men navigating similar challenges
Practical assignments completed between sessions
Real accountability, and a way to measure your progress
A concrete 90-day development plan at the end
Six weeks will not solve every problem. But six focused weeks can change the direction of a year.

What You're Paying For
The $1,250 investment is not payment for six Zoom sessions.
You are investing in a structured curriculum, a skilled facilitator, access to subject matter experts, a carefully selected peer group, tools and exercises, assessments, accountability, a development plan, and entry into a larger community after the program.
You should be able to point to something that changed because you participated.
See how we define and track that change, and the research behind our approach, on our Evidence page.
Who Should Apply
This is for men ready to do the work.
A GF cohort may be right for you if you're navigating an important transition, feel stuck in an area of your life, want greater accountability, or want to learn alongside men confronting similar questions.
It may not be right for you if you're looking primarily for networking, unwilling to participate consistently, or want someone else to do the work for you.
GF provides structure. Experts provide guidance. Peers provide accountability. You still have to execute.
You can spend the next year thinking about what needs to change. Or you can spend six weeks working on it.
