Leadership Accelerator is Gentlemen’s Factory’s leadership development program for Black men — an 8-week cohort for men stepping into greater leadership responsibility, developing communication, executive presence, decision-making, delegation, conflict management and a personal leadership philosophy.

Men newly promoted into management, preparing for a bigger leadership role, or leading teams without ever having been formally trained to.
Why this cohort exists
Most leadership training is generic or reserved for the executive level — leaving men who are newly responsible for other people's work with a title but no real preparation for the job.

How the Leadership Accelerator cohort is structured.
Every cohort begins with a question: what are you trying to change? From there, participants establish a baseline, define a goal and work through the behaviors, decisions and systems required to move forward.

How does a Gentlemen's Factory cohort work?
Each cohort runs 8 weeks with up to 20 men. You apply, get matched, complete a baseline assessment, then work through structured facilitated sessions, expert conversations, assignments and peer accountability before building a personal 90-day action plan.
What does the $1,250 investment include?
A structured curriculum, a skilled facilitator, access to subject matter experts, a carefully selected peer group, tools and exercises, assessments, accountability, a development plan, and entry into the broader GF alumni community after the program.

No. It’s built for men stepping into greater leadership responsibility broadly — with or without direct reports — including project leads, founders and civic leaders.
