We are building the whole man.
Human development is the intentional growth of a man's health, relationships, economic security, skills, leadership, purpose and agency. Gentlemen's Factory is a human development institution built to make that growth structured, measurable and shared — not left to chance.
Too much of a man's development is left to chance.
Men are expected to know how to navigate some of the most complicated moments of adulthood without ever being given a roadmap.
- How do you make a career pivot at 35?
- How do you rebuild after a layoff?
- How do you prepare for marriage?
- How do you recover after divorce?
- How do you become the father your children need?
- How do you build wealth when nobody taught you how?
- How do you manage people for the first time?
- How do you prepare for an economy transformed by AI?
Gentlemen's Factory exists to change that. We create structured environments where men can learn, reflect, be challenged, build relationships, access expertise and take action.
For nearly a decade, Gentlemen's Factory created spaces where Black and Brown men could connect, collaborate, build businesses, exchange opportunity and develop relationships. Those spaces mattered. They created trust. They produced partnerships.
But our work taught us something important. Connection alone is not development. A man can have a powerful network and still struggle with his career. He can be successful professionally and still struggle financially. He can earn more money and still struggle in his relationships.
So Gentlemen's Factory evolved from a community into an institution designed around what happens because men gathered.
Six interconnected pillars.
A man may be thriving professionally while struggling personally. He may be financially successful while physically exhausted. He may be an exceptional leader at work while feeling disconnected from his family. Gentlemen's Factory organizes its work around six interconnected areas — because true progress happens when we develop the whole man, not just one part of him.

Most people already know more than they consistently act on. Meaningful development usually requires something more: a clear goal, a process, accountability, feedback, expertise, other people, time to reflect, and an environment that expects action. That is what the cohort model is designed to provide — structured, time-bound groups of up to 20 men working through a specific goal together.
How Accountability & Experts Participate
- A dedicated facilitator responsible for guiding the group
- Subject matter experts who bring specialized knowledge into the room
- Conversations with other men navigating similar challenges
- Practical assignments completed between sessions
- Real accountability, and a way to measure your progress
- A concrete 90-day development plan at the end
What changed because you participated?
Our programming is designed to measure enrollment, attendance, completion, participant experience, knowledge growth, confidence, goal completion, behavior change and longer-term outcomes. A career cohort should not be evaluated the same way as a fatherhood cohort. A school program should not be measured the same way as a corporate leadership initiative.
Development doesn't stop at the individual. Graduates enter the Gentlemen's Factory alumni and global community, where growth continues to reach families, workplaces and the broader community around them. Explore how this model extends into schools and institutions.
