Fatherhood
Fatherhood is one of Gentlemen’s Factory’s fatherhood programs and parenting workshops for fathers — an 8-week cohort creating space for fathers to examine presence, communication, discipline, emotional connection, co-parenting, legacy and the type of relationship they want to build with their children.
Your children don’t need a perfect father.
Fathers at any stage — new dads, men co-parenting after a separation, or fathers of older kids who want to be more intentional about the relationship going forward.
Why this cohort exists
Most men become fathers with no roadmap — learning on the job, often repeating patterns they never chose, without a structured space to think through the kind of father they actually want to be.
Specific outcomes, not just conversation.
- Clearer thinking on presence, communication and discipline
- Practical tools for co-parenting and emotional connection
- A defined sense of the legacy you want to build with your children
- A personal 90-day action plan for your role as a father
How the Fatherhood cohort is structured.
Every cohort begins with a question: what are you trying to change? From there, participants establish a baseline, define a goal and work through the behaviors, decisions and systems required to move forward.
The Experience
- A dedicated facilitator responsible for guiding the group
- Subject matter experts who bring specialized knowledge into the room
- Conversations with other men navigating similar challenges
- Practical assignments completed between sessions
- Real accountability, and a way to measure your progress
- A concrete 90-day development plan at the end
Format: 8-week cohort · up to 20 men · $1,250 investment · sessions held virtually · concludes with a personal 90-day action plan. Cohorts are formed on a rolling basis as applications are reviewed — apply to be matched with the next available group.

Common questions about Fatherhood.
How does a Gentlemen's Factory cohort work?
Each cohort runs 8 weeks with up to 20 men. You apply, get matched, complete a baseline assessment, then work through structured facilitated sessions, expert conversations, assignments and peer accountability before building a personal 90-day action plan.
What does the $1,250 investment include?
A structured curriculum, a skilled facilitator, access to subject matter experts, a carefully selected peer group, tools and exercises, assessments, accountability, a development plan, and entry into the broader GF alumni community after the program.
When does the Fatherhood cohort start?
Cohorts are formed on a rolling basis as applications are reviewed. Apply to be matched with the next available group.
Is this cohort only for fathers who live with their children?
No. The cohort includes fathers in a range of living and co-parenting situations — the focus is your relationship with your children, not a specific household structure.
Fatherhood is one part of Gentlemen's Factory's Human Development framework — mapped most directly to the Family & Relationships pillar of the whole man.
