Training content

What a facilitated engagement covers.

  • Consent: clear, freely given, ongoing and withdrawable, and how alcohol and incapacitation change it
  • Bystander intervention: the 5 Ds (Distract, Delegate, Document, Delay, Direct) and rehearsed "hard sentences"
  • Peer accountability: group dynamics, loyalty vs. integrity, and how norms change when one person speaks up
  • Healthy masculinity: strength, character and leadership defined by how a man treats people
  • Situational awareness: recognizing risk at parties, events and online, and having an exit plan
  • Digital conduct: group chats, images, screenshots and digital footprints
About "sensitivity training"

What we mean, precisely.

Organizations sometimes search for "youth sensitivity training" or "consent and respect training." What we provide is facilitated, interactive education on respect, consent, boundaries, bystander intervention and accountability, designed for young men and the adults who support them.

We don't provide HR investigations, disciplinary hearings, legal advice, clinical treatment or court-mandated intervention programs.

Scope & limitations

Preventive education is not compliance training.

Please read before booking

The G-Code is preventive education. It is not certified Title IX training, mandated sexual-harassment training, Clery Act programming, or a legally sufficient substitute for any training your organization is required to provide. If your institution has regulatory training obligations, please continue to meet them through your compliance office; G-Code sessions can sit alongside that work as additional, values-based education.

Who facilitates institutional sessions?

Sessions are led by Jeff Lindor, founder of Gentlemen's Factory, with additional facilitators and guest experts as the engagement requires. Sessions with minors include a licensed clinician co-facilitator and two adults present at all times.

Can you train our staff to deliver the curriculum?

G-Code engagements are facilitated by the Gentlemen's Factory team. Staff-facing briefings on how to reinforce the program are available by arrangement; ask us about your goals on the planning call.

How is success measured?

For multi-session engagements we can run short pre- and post-surveys (for example, knowledge of consent and confidence intervening) and report aggregate, de-identified results. We don't claim outcomes we haven't measured.

How much does institutional training cost?

Pricing depends on format, number of sessions and participants. We'll send a written proposal after a planning call.

Institutional Training

Tell us who you serve and what you need. We'll schedule a short consultation and follow up with a written proposal.

A member of our team replies within two business days. Nothing here commits your organization to anything.

A few sentences is plenty. Please don't include students' names or personal details.

We use these details only to respond to your inquiry. See our privacy policy.
